Rhubarb earned an international reputation catering at the most glamorous private, corporate, sports and charity events from film premieres to royal weddings. Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the catering trade including working on the Asian, African and American continents, not to mention his vast knowledge of modern and classic European cuisine.

Susie Sharp travelled around the world learning and building her knowledge of art, food and culture, Susie found a passion and love which made her decide to attend two well-known cookery schools in England. Susie went to build upon her knowledge of food and to experience working in a proper kitchen. After completing this Susie went on to run front of house for a well-known high-end private catering company in the North West. Susie was involved in the set-up and running of many parties including large weddings, corporate events, royal events and the day-to-day management of a highly skilled catering team.
